Key Responsibilities

•Develop and grow transformation services proposition across the Banking & Financial Services sector.
•Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders as a strategic advisor on enterprise transformation.
•Identify, originate and shape large-scale business and technology transformation opportunities across the portfolio.
•Lead executive discovery, transformation assessments, and strategic workshops to define future-state operating models and transformation roadmaps.
•Provide executive leadership and governance across major transformation engagements, aligning business strategy, technology, and delivery.

Key Requirements

•Significant leadership experience delivering and shaping enterprise transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
•Demonstrated success engaging with C-suite executives to define and execute strategic transformation agendas.
•Proven experience originating and developing complex consulting and technology opportunities.
•Strong commercial acumen with a track record of supporting business growth through strategic client engagement.
•Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes spanning business, operating model and technology change.
