Learning Lead, Aseptic Processing

Lead technical training and development for aseptic processing personnel in sterile compounding facilities, serving as the subject matter expert for aseptic technique, cleanroom operations, and sterile compounding compliance. Design and continuously improve training programs, run hands-on instruction and competency assessments in simulated and live environments, and manage ongoing retraining. Partner with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Regulatory Compliance to drive corrective education, maintain FDA 503A/503B- and USP-aligned documentation, and support audit readiness.
