Key Responsibilities

  • •Build driver and vehicle schedules using an existing template, integrating collective tickets and occasional services while complying with transport labor law (working time and rest).
  • •Optimize operational output (driver headcount, kilometers, vehicles) within commercial constraints, contractual commitments, and applicable regulations.
  • •Handle work orders (data entry, valuing collective tickets, preparing reconciliations and payroll inputs).
  • •Lead and energize a team of ~50 drivers to optimize service quality for customers, including onboarding follow-up, feedback handling, evaluations, and skills development.
  • •Ensure safety rule compliance, assess malfunctions, propose corrective actions, and monitor the social and relational climate to implement agreed measures.
