Plant Maintenance Supervisor (Relocation)

Lead maintenance teams responsible for installing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on critical equipment across the plant, facilities, utilities, and powerhouse. Partner with Production to schedule maintenance, troubleshoot equipment failures, and drive long-term reliability improvements using systems such as predictive/preventive maintenance and TPM. Maintain USDA-compliant documentation, inventory, and records while monitoring performance via KPIs. Provide coaching and continuity when key personnel are absent.
