Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of outdoor golf areas including the Cart Barn, Driving Range, Bag Drop, Parking Area, and Golf Course.
  • •Deliver welcoming guest service, assist with bag handling and club cleaning, and provide guidance on course policies, cart usage, etiquette, and pace of play.
  • •Prepare, stage, and maintain golf carts to Troon Golf standards, including cleaning, arranging, fully charging, and end-of-day readiness.
  • •Support driving range setup and equipment management, including ball inventory, practice balls availability, and related course support.
  • •Handle administration and compliance tasks such as tracking rental equipment usage, managing daily towel inventory, following health and safety practices, and adhering to uniform and grooming standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • •Less or equivalent to high school education; or a minimum of six months of training/working in a similar role.
  • •Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • •Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills with a customer service mindset.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with reliability, flexibility, and a proactive “can-do” approach.
