Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive end-to-end efficiency improvements by enabling operational processes, building systematic tools, and reporting metrics.
  • •Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to scale solutions across the logistics pod.
  • •Identify operational gaps and test/scale product features in collaboration with product & engineering.
  • •Translate insights into concrete system and process improvements that improve performance and cost.
