Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier nonconformances (MRB, escapes, deviations) and control nonconforming material per Eaton procedures.
  • •Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including verification of effectiveness.
  • •Track supplier KPIs for Quality, Delivery, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and perform supplier risk assessments and performance reviews.
  • •Support supplier selection during sourcing and NPI, and develop/initiate inspection, testing, and evaluation techniques for incoming goods.
  • •Work with Production, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and others to define quality standards and procedures; conduct supplier audits and analyze inspection/test results and disposition decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum three (3) years Supplier and/or Quality Engineering experience working with Quality systems.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Experience with Aerospace, Electrical and Automotive suppliers.
  • •Working knowledge of AS9100 or ISO9001:2016 and Six Sigma/Lean tools.
