Production Superintendent-2nd Shift

Lead and oversee second-shift production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Coordinate daily production activities, support continuous improvement, and manage shift performance against operational goals. Partner with cross-functional teams to address production issues, maintain compliance, and help drive operational excellence in a high-volume food manufacturing environment.
