Provide attentive cocktail and beverage service to guests at a fast-paced House of Blues venue. Take and place drink orders using the Point of Sales system, recommend menu items, and upsell responsibly. •Anticipate and respond to guests’ needs, answer questions, and make recommendations.

•Deliver drinks through large crowds while maintaining line of sight/atmosphere control during shifts.
•Process payments and comp/void checks per House of Blues policy while following safety and sanitation standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15.97 - 17 hourly

Key Requirements

•Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
•Working knowledge of cocktail tray service, basic food service, responsible alcohol service, drink recipes and garnishes, and point of sales systems.
•3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
•Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification (or equivalent).
•Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner.
