Job Summary

Lead medical excellence in Medical Affairs & Medical Operations by standardizing processes, driving quality, and overseeing project planning and budget with Medical Leads. Partner on audits and inspections, manage reporting and metric dashboards, and evaluate innovative tools to strengthen evidence generation. Coordinate local Real-World-Evidence projects from planning through approvals, contracting, timelines, and communications while translating trends in AI and digital health into practical medical opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead standardization and drive excellence in Medical Affairs activities, including SOPs, processes, playbooks, codes, guidelines, and training.
•Manage project course and spending through overall management and budget oversight in collaboration with Medical Leads.
•Partner with the Medical Team for preparation of audits and inspections and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
•Manage reports and metric dashboards to make tactical achievements and quality improvements visible and measurable.
•Evaluate and implement innovative tools and coordinate local Real-World-Evidence projects, including planning, approvals, contracting, timelines, quality oversight, and communications.

Key Requirements

•M.Sc. (or equivalent) degree in life sciences.
•3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
•Strong experience managing real-world evidence projects, registries, observational studies, and/or other non-interventional studies.
•Strong interest in innovation, digital health, and AI with motivation to apply new trends in a Medical Affairs context.
•Ability to work effectively in a complex cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders.
