Support product development in an on-site Engineering Test Lab by designing and fabricating HVAC controls simulators and test fixtures. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a safe work area in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•Design and fabricate commercial HVAC system simulators with guidance from Engineering.
•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Trane commercial HVAC technologies, controls, and electronics components.
•Execute electronics testing procedures for VFDs and motors using AC supplies, load systems, and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes.
•Support end-to-end concept and validation controls testing using instrumentation and data acquisition setup, with guidance from Engineering and Senior Technicians.

•Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Trane commercial HVAC technologies, controls, and electronics components.
•Execute electronics testing procedures for VFDs and motors using programmable AC supplies, load systems, and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes.
