Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish, improve, and optimize in-fab photomask management business processes and technologies.
  • •Monitor, maintain, and improve reticle pattern inspection and Automatic Defect Classification (ADC) processes to ensure photomask quality.
  • •Define and evaluate process parameters for photomask-related equipment.
  • •Evaluate, promote, and implement new equipment and materials; develop technology roadmaps.
  • •Perform 8D root-cause analysis for issues and abnormalities and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation (accuracy, precision, detection limits, and system limitations).
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication with photolithography or an RDA inspection background.
  • •Experience applying or developing AI-assisted solutions in manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional projects and influence partners across teams.
