Job Summary

Support organizational change management and training for technology transformation projects. Manage the change process for impacted stakeholders using a structured OCM methodology, helping end users understand role evolution and adopt new systems and ways of working. Contribute to change deliverables, impact and readiness assessments, communication and change action planning, and training needs/materials/logistics. Assist with technical support of change and training tools (e.g., LMS, surveys) and enable continuous improvement through feedback and data.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Change and Training Team in implementing new systems and processes, delivering tangible business value.
•Deliver high-quality business change deliverables on time as part of the project scope.
•Assist with establishing and managing a Change Network (change agents, super users, trainers).
•Contribute to impact assessments, readiness assessments, and surveys to inform change actions and stakeholder engagement.
•Support training activities including training needs analysis, material development, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training delivery and feedback collection.

Key Requirements

•4+ years working in change management, training, or organisation development with exposure to large-scale technology transformations.
•Experience supporting OCM and training delivery in technology-driven change environments.
•Have led specific deliverables within OCM and/or training on technology-driven change programmes.
•Understand how OCM and training methodology components enable smooth end-user adoption.
•Working with AI tools for OCM and training workstreams.
