Job Summary

Join the MarTech Data Science team to own end-to-end models and features for measurement and optimization across Delivery Hero’s portfolio. You’ll apply causal inference and predictive modeling to marketing problems, translate complex data into actionable insights, and partner with Engineering and Product to deploy production-grade solutions that drive budget allocation and incrementality analyses at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Own models and features end-to-end within MarTech measurement & optimization, from data exploration to production deployment.
•Contribute to defining success metrics and modeling approaches, with senior guidance on ambiguous problem framings.
•Translate marketing questions into structured, model-driven analyses and apply methods across MMM, experiments, and observational analyses under limited experimentation.
•Communicate outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and document assumptions, trade-offs, and limitations.
•Collaborate with Engineering and Product to deploy and maintain production-grade systems and ensure long-term usability of models as decision products.
