Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze order requirements to determine quantities, specifications, and delivery dates; create demand forecasts to ensure material availability.
  • •Maintain and update material master data to support inventory targets and a smooth planning process.
  • •Identify potential supply bottlenecks and risks, perform root-cause analysis, and initiate countermeasures to secure delivery capability.
  • •Coordinate with production planners and the purchasing team to ensure timely availability of required materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical training (e.g., technician/master) or a technical degree, or long experience in operational material procurement in a mechanical engineering company.
  • •Further training in Supply Chain (APICS/CPIM) or similar.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in production/material planning with international supply chains.
  • •Solid experience in supplier alignment and supplier management/control.
  • •First leadership experience is a plus.
