Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive AI strategy for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • •Partner with executive sponsors, customer success, solution engineering, and product to deliver winning AI solutions.
  • •Act as the strategic advisor to client leadership, helping define AI transformation roadmaps and business cases.
  • •Work closely with the CEO, CRO, and broader leadership team to influence deal strategy and positioning on the most strategic opportunities globally.
  • •Shape proposals, POVs, and strategic narratives to accelerate deal cycles.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience: 7–12 years+ overall, including time as a Senior Engagement Manager / Project Leader at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
  • •Background: Strong experience in consulting-led enterprise strategy and transformation engagements.
  • •Sales Motion Exposure: Familiarity with enterprise SaaS or AI/technology sales cycles is essential.
  • •AI & Digital Fluency: Deep understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows (LLMs a plus).
  • •Stakeholder Management: Proven track record advising C-suite clients and managing executive relationships.
