•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team with a culture of accountability and psychological safety.
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy, define career ladders, and ensure effective succession planning.
•Partner with Product Leadership to ensure cross-functional, customer-outcome focused engineering pods.
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad-tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and cost optimization.
•Establish and monitor engineering metrics, drive AI-enabled tooling adoption across the SDLC, and quantify improvements in delivery velocity and code quality.
