Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with UK GTM and global finance leaders to translate commercial priorities into clear financial plans, targets, and trade-offs.
  • •Lead the UK planning cycle, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and longer-range planning.
  • •Analyze business performance across revenue, cost, productivity, and profitability to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions, scenario planning, resource allocation, and business cases.
  • •Strengthen performance reporting and improve finance processes, models, and reporting through better use of data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience in strategic, commercial or GTM finance, FP&A, strategy consulting, or investment banking, using rigorous analysis to inform planning and commercial decisions.
  • •Experience partnering with senior GTM, commercial, or regional business leaders and influencing decisions through financial analysis.
  • •Strong financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, investment evaluation, and business cases.
  • •Digital and AI fluency, with comfort using modern data, automation, and AI-enabled tools for analysis and reporting.
  • •Ability to clearly explain complex financial issues and turn them into practical options and recommendations.
