Serve as the key finance partner to the UK GTM organization, improving commercial decision-making and performance visibility. Lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modeling across UK GTM, translating priorities into financial plans, targets, and trade-offs. Build robust financial models and enhance performance reporting so leaders receive timely, actionable insight for growth, investment, resourcing, and operational expenditure decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with UK GTM and global finance leaders to translate commercial priorities into clear financial plans, targets, and trade-offs.
•Lead the UK planning cycle, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and longer-range planning.
•Analyze business performance across revenue, cost, productivity, and profitability to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
•Build and maintain robust financial models to support investment decisions, scenario planning, resource allocation, and business cases.
•Strengthen performance reporting and improve finance processes, models, and reporting through better use of data, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

•8+ years’ experience in strategic, commercial or GTM finance, FP&A, strategy consulting, or investment banking, using rigorous analysis to inform planning and commercial decisions.
•Experience partnering with senior GTM, commercial, or regional business leaders and influencing decisions through financial analysis.
•Strong financial modelling skills, including scenario analysis, investment evaluation, and business cases.
•Digital and AI fluency, with comfort using modern data, automation, and AI-enabled tools for analysis and reporting.
•Ability to clearly explain complex financial issues and turn them into practical options and recommendations.
