Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a technical reference for the Data Science team, guiding decisions on solution architecture, modeling, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and evolution of data- and AI-based products.
  • •Monitor production model and solution performance, identifying anomalies, performance degradation, and data drift to find improvement opportunities.
  • •Define and support retraining, update, validation, and deployment strategies, ensuring production changes are communicated and monitored appropriately.
  • •Communicate deployments (new models, retraining, updates, and technical adjustments) to partner vertical teams, especially Scoring and Backend, for shared visibility and tracking.
  • •Stay current on fraud practices on the Marketplace platform and turn that knowledge into continuous improvements for prevention models, rules, and applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid knowledge of Data Science, including data exploration and supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning models, AI agents, and Generative AI.
  • •Experience with the full lifecycle of models in production, including deployment and ongoing validation.
  • •Ability to identify and drive resolution of vulnerabilities in models and systems, leading technically complex and strategic projects.
  • •Experience monitoring model and solution performance indicators in production, addressing anomalies, performance degradation, and data drift.
  • •Capability to adjust plans and strategies quickly without compromising technical delivery quality.
