Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct constructability reviews of design documents and support pre-construction cost estimating, budget development, and bid package preparation.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants, and schedule pre-construction and partnering meetings.
  • •Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, identify/manage risks, and review change orders for recommendations.
  • •Oversee quality control and safety compliance, including resolving disputes and daily field issues with client and contractor supervision.
  • •Conduct site visits and progress meetings, review inspection reports and documentation, analyze project data for cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations for project adjustments as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of construction practices, building codes, and project delivery methods.
