Job Summary

Provide mobile phlebotomy and diagnostic support for low-acuity, patient-at-home visits. Use modern mobile technology to check schedules, chart, and coordinate care through HIPAA-secure messaging apps. Perform venipuncture and specimen collection, label/manage samples, and support additional services such as diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Operate autonomously with a high-quality, patient-centric approach and complete required licensure, certifications, and background/DMV checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before each day’s patient visits.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
•Build rapport with patients while collecting relevant information and performing services.
•Deliver diagnostic and preventative care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and related low-acuity services.
•Label collected samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in venipuncture and comfort providing patient-centric care autonomously.
•Technologically savvy with mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
•State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where needed.
•Basic Life Support certification and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance.
