Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before each day’s patient visits.
  • •Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
  • •Build rapport with patients while collecting relevant information and performing services.
  • •Deliver diagnostic and preventative care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and related low-acuity services.
  • •Label collected samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and comfort providing patient-centric care autonomously.
  • •Technologically savvy with mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • •State required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where needed.
  • •Basic Life Support certification and a valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance.
