Key Responsibilities

•Design high-performance software solutions that extend beyond a single org and establish engineering patterns for embedding Xometry-AI into external PLM environments.
•Lead the integration of production ML pipelines into the application layer, mentor engineers on AI-assisted development practices, and accelerate delivery while reducing toil.
•Solve significant data gravity and security challenges and build formal networks between Siemens and Xometry engineering teams for data governance in the Siemens ecosystem.
•Define the strategic direction and lead the Siemens-Xometry integration, ensuring DFM/IQE engines provide a distinct edge for the partnership.
•Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate decisions to senior leadership, guiding risk/reward discussions and ensuring durable technical decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 170,000 - 195,000 annually

•Strong ability to execute strategic roadmaps and drive production deployments over 6-12 month horizons.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
