Key Responsibilities

  • •Design high-performance software solutions that extend beyond a single org and establish engineering patterns for embedding Xometry-AI into external PLM environments.
  • •Lead the integration of production ML pipelines into the application layer, mentor engineers on AI-assisted development practices, and accelerate delivery while reducing toil.
  • •Solve significant data gravity and security challenges and build formal networks between Siemens and Xometry engineering teams for data governance in the Siemens ecosystem.
  • •Define the strategic direction and lead the Siemens-Xometry integration, ensuring DFM/IQE engines provide a distinct edge for the partnership.
  • •Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communicate decisions to senior leadership, guiding risk/reward discussions and ensuring durable technical decisions.
