Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish multi-year monthly expenditure and cash flow forecasts for all projects.
  • •Model capital investment and acquisition impacts and orchestrate the capital investment process.
  • •Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and financial reports for projects.
  • •Develop business plans and ensure approved scope/cost changes are included in forecasts and properly reported.
  • •Research current and emerging accounting issues and implement related accounting policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related technical discipline.
  • •Seven years of experience in accounting and cost tracking, including budgets, forecasts, or variance analysis.
  • •Experience working with financial statements, variance analysis, and financial reporting for projects.
  • •Working knowledge of financial systems.
  • •PC proficiency with MS Office products, plus ability to implement operating system tools and techniques.
