Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead structured onboarding, role transitions, and early development support for new and promoted employees using established training programs and certification requirements.
  • •Conduct routine branch visits to evaluate execution against standards and provide real-time coaching and scenario-based training on service quality and operational controls.
  • •Provide targeted coaching using observation, transaction and account reviews, and documentation checks to improve accuracy and reduce risk.
  • •Monitor client experience, referral activity, documentation quality, exception trends, losses, reconciliations, audit findings, and training progress to support action plans.
  • •Maintain standardized onboarding and branch documentation (visit summaries, coaching observations, evaluation forms, and action plans) and follow up on enterprise initiatives and process changes.

Key Requirements
