Job Summary

Lead and scale technical recruiting across Engineering, Product, Data Science, AI/ML, and Hardware. Partner with executive leadership and hiring managers to shape workforce and hiring strategies, own recruiting performance metrics (capacity, funnel health, quality of hire, time-to-fill), and build scalable processes and interview frameworks. Advise technical leaders with market and compensation insights, champion proactive talent engagement, and improve recruiting technology and AI-enabled sourcing workflows with Talent Operations.

•Lead and develop a high-performing technical recruiting organization with a candidate-centric culture.
•Partner with executive leadership, hiring managers, People Operations, and Finance to develop hiring strategies aligned to business priorities.
•Own recruiting performance across capacity planning, funnel health, quality of hire, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, and candidate experience metrics.
•Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, and talent programs across technical functions.
•Partner with Talent Operations to evaluate and implement recruiting technologies and AI-enabled sourcing tools that improve recruiter productivity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of recruiting experience, including leadership experience managing technical recruiting teams in high-growth technology environments.
•Proven ability to build, scale, and lead recruiting organizations delivering exceptional technical talent.
•Deep understanding of recruiting across software engineering, machine learning, data science, hardware, embedded systems, product, and manufacturing.
•Experience partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational scaling, and executive-level hiring.
•Strong analytical mindset using recruiting metrics, market data, and forecasting to drive decisions.
