Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect the marketing data model within our CRM and own data governance, pipelines, and lead scoring/segmentation improvements to create a single source of truth for GTM data.
  • •Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools and automated workflows to raise marketing productivity and reduce manual work, partnering with PMMs and Events on adoption.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards and reports to reveal funnel health, channel performance, and campaign/launch ROI, documenting metric definitions and attribution methodologies.
  • •Own integration and tech stack management (HubSpot, event platforms, enrichment providers, ad platforms, data warehouse), and make build-vs-buy recommendations to keep the stack lean and ROI-focused.
  • •Lead project execution for new initiatives (events launches, instrumentation, audience segmentation, routing, and CS handoff), coordinating with other RevOps Managers to maintain end-to-end alignment across the funnel

Key Requirements

  • •3-5+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Systems role at a B2B SaaS company, with experience implementing AI/automation tools in a marketing context
  • •Strong technical skills: you can write formulas, build complex workflows, and aren’t intimidated by AI; hands-on experience in marketing automation and CRM administration
  • •Data architecture/Integration experience: designed or significantly improved a marketing data model; connected multiple systems (CRM, marketing automation, product analytics, event platforms, data warehouse) and understand data flow across a tech stack
  • •Analytical mindset: able to interpret funnel and conversion metrics and measure campaign/event/onboarding effectiveness
  • •Comfort partnering with product/engineering teams and speaking the language of PMs and engineers for instrumentation
