Key Responsibilities

  • •Ideate new concepts and product architectures with the R&D team.
  • •Test R&D technologies at an off-site innovation center.
  • •Develop 3D designs for new ideas using Solidworks.
  • •Research new technologies and manufacturing partners to support R&D.
  • •Support Design Engineering and R&D as engineering tasks arise and share status with leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics, or a similar engineering discipline (Junior/Third Year preferred).
  • •Proficient in 2D and 3D CAD software, with Solidworks preferred.
  • •Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • •Experience or preference for FEA analysis.
  • •Ability to work closely with R&D, validation engineers, and lab technicians to test and evaluate new technologies.
