Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, set up, adjust, maintain, and overhaul packaging equipment.
  • •Read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
  • •Follow applicable safety rules and policies, including PPE, HAZCOM, Process Safety, and Lock Out/Tag Out, plus emergency action.
  • •Follow work instructions and ensure adherence to the Quality Control Plan and related Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • •Support high standards of safety, customer service, and teamwork in line efficiency, quality, and cost outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating a packaging line and related equipment, including startup, clearing jams, manual operations, shutdown, and assisting in changeovers, wash outs, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Previous forklift experience.
  • •Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
  • •Technical, mechanical, and/or electrical experience operating and maintaining line equipment, including experience with small hand or power tools.
  • •Ability to lift requirements up to 50 lbs.
