Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain trusting working relationships with internal teams to support Treasury customers’ needs.
  • •Onboard and maintain Treasury products including I Corp, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, I Payables, Remote Deposit, Sweeps, and I Statements.
  • •Coordinate with the Treasury Operations team to resolve operational issues and escalate systematic or customer service problems as needed.
  • •Complete and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of service agreements and client correspondence documentation.
  • •Identify service and sales opportunities using bank reports and proactively optimize customer profitability through ongoing customer contact.
