Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all facets of project delivery including pre-project safety/risk analysis, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and quality delivery approach for individual projects.
  • •Apply Commissioning / Qualification / Validation principles from project planning and requirements definition through design review, test, and release.
  • •Interface directly with the client to define requirements; prepare scope of work, resource needs, cost estimate/budget, cash flow, milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Lead standard to complex RFP processes, complete bid analysis, conduct evaluation interviews, and recommend resources to the client.
  • •Maintain change management compliance by securing client approvals and issuing change orders while providing regular budget/schedule/risk/safety updates to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (applicable experience considered).
  • •Previous experience managing projects in areas compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • •Thorough understanding of Commissioning / Qualification / Validation principles across planning through test and release.
  • •Ability to read, understand, and apply standards to complex project documents such as agreements/contracts, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
  • •Capability to solve advanced problems arising from complex situations.
