Medical Records Officer (ME178)

Responsible for the accurate creation, maintenance, processing, storage, retrieval and archiving of patient health records. Ensure confidentiality, accessibility, integrity and documentation quality in line with Mediclinic policies, regulatory requirements and healthcare accreditation standards. Support clinical and operational teams by enabling timely record availability, facilitating regulatory compliance, and contributing to safe, efficient, patient-centred care. Manage the department team and provide health information statistics to the corporate office.
