Lead Flow's strategic finance function, overseeing planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis across real estate assets. Manage a 4–5 person team and champion finance transformation, ERP integration, and enterprise analytics to accelerate growth and portfolio value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across all business units and properties.
•Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support acquisitions, developments, asset management, capital planning, and strategic initiatives.
•Utilize AI-enabled forecasting tools and automation to improve forecasting accuracy and decision speed.
•Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
•Partner with CFO and executive leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, and operational decision-making.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
•12+ years of progressive finance experience, including substantial FP&A leadership.
•Real estate industry experience strongly preferred, including exposure to property operations, development, acquisitions, or asset management.
•Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.
•Experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI-driven tools within finance or analytics functions; ERP systems, BI tools, and data visualization capabilities are highly valued.
