•Contribute to implementation of Visa’s strategy in the Brazilian market, ensuring consulting impact on business goals.
•Manage consulting project execution end-to-end, delivering high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
•Devise frameworks and strategies to assess clients’ digital readiness and design actionable digital transformation roadmaps.
•Streamline advisory execution via continuous process automation to improve efficiency, output quality, and customer satisfaction.
•Harness data analytics and monitor digital industry trends to provide insights, anticipate client needs, and support client digital transitions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree (e.g., Master’s/MBA/JD/MD), or 0 years with a PhD.
•6+ years of relevant work experience (Bachelor’s degree) or 4+ years with an advanced degree, with up to 3 years with a PhD.
•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, finance).
•5+ years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation.
•Experience managing digital channels and familiarity with platforms, architecture, and technologies of digital channels.
