Employee Relations/Industrial Relations Consultant (KL-based)

Partner with Agoda’s Global Employee Relations team in Kuala Lumpur to advise managers and employees on employment policies, compliance, and employee relations matters. You’ll coach leaders on performance and misconduct handling, support disciplinary actions and terminations, and conduct impartial grievance investigations. Analyze employee relations and performance management trends to improve procedures, training, and policy, while managing case timelines, stakeholder updates, and internal process automation.
