Job Summary

Lead financial and control/compliance analysis for WW scope, focusing on contra revenue processes. Partner with business leaders and project teams to drive complex financial analysis, forecast results, and identify opportunities to improve processes and policies. Represent the business unit in cross-regional planning and support internal and external stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentoring to lower-level analysts while applying strong expertise in internal controls and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and/or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives.
•Provide direction on process improvements and help establish policies.
•Collaborate with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making across a broad scope.
•Perform complex financial analysis and forecast financial results to identify improvement opportunities.
•Conduct monthly audits of contra revenue processes and represent the organization in planning and with external customers/clients.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related area.
•Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and internal controls.
•Experience applying financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis to achieve business objectives.
•Preferred: Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA).
