Banking Operations & Process Analyst

Analyze and improve deposit operations workflows across the bank by evaluating how work is performed and how supporting systems function. Configure and implement workflow structures, automation rules, routing logic, and document requirements across banking platforms. Maintain detailed process documentation, coordinate UAT and validation for changes, troubleshoot root causes, and recommend solutions that strengthen controls, regulatory alignment, and client experience.
