  • •Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system for protection and peace of mind.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technician and customers.
  • •Drive growth through consistent coaching and leadership training to move up within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record; pass post-offer background investigation and required licensing per applicable law.
  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security devices and systems, including security cameras, smart locks, and home automation.
  • •Have a sales mindset and experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (helpful).
  • •Demonstrate a customer-first attitude and integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
  • •Be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and work safely in attics and other confined spaces, including climbing ladders up to 14 feet.
