•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Evaluate customer homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new system for protection and peace of mind.
•Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for both technician and customers.
•Drive growth through consistent coaching and leadership training to move up within the organization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 30.01 - 34.56 hourly

Key Requirements

•Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record; pass post-offer background investigation and required licensing per applicable law.
•Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security devices and systems, including security cameras, smart locks, and home automation.
•Have a sales mindset and experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (helpful).
•Demonstrate a customer-first attitude and integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
•Be able to lift and carry up to 45 lbs and work safely in attics and other confined spaces, including climbing ladders up to 14 feet.
