Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure personal, crew, and job site safety at all times and participate in training on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is adequately stocked.
  • •Complete layout and assemble solar modules, racking, mechanical/structural mounts, electrical equipment, and tools per the project plan.
  • •Apply weather sealing to roofing structures and related support mechanisms.
  • •Perform project clean-up, including the client site and installation vehicle, to maintain a clean and orderly job site.

Key Requirements

  • •Adhere to company safety policies and procedures, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging safe work.
  • •Previous solar, construction, or military experience is preferred (but not required).
  • •Ability to assemble solar modules, racking, mounts, and electrical equipment/tools as specified in the project plan.
  • •Ability to complete weather sealing and perform work that may include rooftop activities and outdoor conditions.
  • •Shown ability to meet due dates and work effectively as a teammate in a fast-paced environment.
