Job Summary

Support corporate legal operations by assisting attorneys with confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, maintaining internal document repositories, and helping manage legal operations projects from initiation through completion. Help implement legal tools and systems such as contract lifecycle management and eBilling, conduct legal research and analysis, and support billing and SEC filing preparation. •Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
•Maintain internal document repositories.
•Plan, coordinate, and execute legal operations projects from initiation through completion, aligning with goals and timelines while coordinating stakeholders.
•Support adoption of legal tools and systems, such as contract lifecycle management, eBilling, document repositories, and AI initiatives.
•Perform legal research, assist with invoicing review/payment and legal billing needs, and prepare SEC filings for posting.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years paralegal/document specialist experience, with preference for agreement production and legal operations experience.
•College degree or equivalent experience required.

•Experience with Diligent Entities, Diligent Board, and SEC filing is highly preferred, and AI technologies experience is preferred.
