Job Summary

Lead cards and payment development, implementation, and migration projects for Visa clients across the Nordics, taking initiatives from current state to target solution. Manage resources (Visa, client, and third parties), drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure collaboration and integration across change initiatives. Provide progress reporting, manage dependencies and risks, and bring payments/cards domain best practices using Waterfall and Agile delivery techniques.

•Plan and execute change projects/activities from current state to target solution for cards and payment implementations.
•Manage allocated resources and provide high-level visibility and progress reporting for programs.
•Engage and manage key stakeholders, including senior executive levels.
•Drive initiatives and ensure collaboration and integration within change initiatives to realize client business objectives.
•Identify improvements in ways of working and provide thought leadership on the future of payment and retail banking as needed.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of card/payments products and their ecosystem.
•Management consulting background with ability to market services to clients and build trust.
•Experience working as a consultant in payment-related projects, driving business and technical work end to end.
•Experience liaising between business and technical teams, and managing project dependencies and associated risks.
•Proven delivery experience using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with ability to manage and support project team members.
