Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide SHE advice related to SHE processes, policies, legislation, and internal business standards.
  • •Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of SHE processes and systems with the SHE team.
  • •Coach employees, supervisors, managers, and other personnel on SHE processes.
  • •Ensure project compliance with incident reporting requirements and assist with incident investigations.
  • •Monitor and analyze injury/incident trend data, implement/recommend actions, and support SHE training and inductions.

Key Requirements

  • •Australian citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (essential).
  • •Tertiary qualifications in SHE or related disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated experience in SHE, or experience working where SHE systems and culture are embedded.
  • •Ability to manage conflicting priorities and provide appropriate stakeholder management.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences.
