Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations and sales for a Trane residential parts and supply store and warehouse in Braintree. You’ll manage and develop a team of customer sales associates and warehouse technicians, build customer relationships through the RMX program, and drive store performance via annual operating plans, forecasts, audits, and compliance. Own inventory programs to ensure availability and reduce obsolete stock, maintain showroom appearance, and occasionally operate a forklift while following safety practices.

•Foster a customer-focused culture and build strong relationships with key customers through effective execution of the RMX program.
•Develop and coach a diverse team to achieve warehouse and retail performance goals and business results.
•Develop and execute annual operating plans, prepare/analyze forecasts and reports, and conduct audits to ensure process and financial compliance.
•Oversee inventory programs to support customer availability, reduce obsolete slow moving inventory, and provide input to the SIOP process; maintain showroom appearance.

Key Requirements

•Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting with proven sales experience and customer relationship building.
•Results-driven leadership with the ability to maintain high energy in challenging situations or with customers.
•Proficiency with an inventory management system or retail sales program and strong computer skills.
•GED or a High School Diploma required; Associate’s (AA) degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations; basic understanding of Lean Principles is preferred.
