Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead a Trane supply store and warehouse facility, including overall operations and sales.
  • •Foster a customer-focused culture and build strong relationships with key customers through effective execution of the RMX program.
  • •Develop and coach a diverse team to achieve warehouse and retail performance goals and business results.
  • •Develop and execute annual operating plans, prepare/analyze forecasts and reports, and conduct audits to ensure process and financial compliance.
  • •Oversee inventory programs to support customer availability, reduce obsolete slow moving inventory, and provide input to the SIOP process; maintain showroom appearance.

  • •Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting with proven sales experience and customer relationship building.
  • •Results-driven leadership with the ability to maintain high energy in challenging situations or with customers.
  • •Proficiency with an inventory management system or retail sales program and strong computer skills.
  • •GED or a High School Diploma required; Associate’s (AA) degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations; basic understanding of Lean Principles is preferred.
