Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform repairs/interventions on production equipment (Level 1 technical support in production) according to the escalation matrix.
  • •Complete intervention forms daily for equipment worked on and record them in the reporting register.
  • •Carry out planned maintenance on production equipment per internal procedures.
  • •Validate correct operation of production equipment after maintenance.
  • •Update the database on equipment downtime/maintenance and transmit spare parts usage per internal procedures.

Key Requirements
