Supervise the Starship launch projects welding team on night shift, ensuring weld quality and compliance with welding codes and standards. •Plan and schedule work, assign tasks, monitor/approve timekeeping, and maintain work reports/record keeping while supporting daily team operations.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
•5+ years of professional welding experience with GTAW, FCAW, TIG, or GMAW.
•2+ years of experience leading a team or a project.
•Ability to interpret drawings and weld symbols per AWS A2.4.
•Ability to pass a Space Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
