Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a virtual procurement team across multiple commodities, setting strategy and driving performance
•Develop and influence metrics to drive efficiencies, negotiate terms, and remove process barriers
•Provide oversight, direction, and coaching to procurement professionals and leaders
•Coordinate workload, manage backlog, and handle escalations for negotiations and issues
•Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver compliant, cost-effective procurement solutions

Salary: USD 132,400 - 251,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business management, engineering or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
•Minimum of 3 years of previous supervisory experience leading a team of professionals
•Experience working in supply chain compliance, procurement, and supplier management
•Working knowledge of RTX’s supply chain systems and SAP purchasing tools
•Knowledge of DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, FAR/DFAR, ITAR (preferred)
