Key Responsibilities

  • •Create service order documentation and print packets for subcontract suppliers, including accurate counts, supplier/pricing codes, shipping directions, and lot number information.
  • •Ensure proper LDQC stamping and lot control card handling; resolve discrepancies with QA before shipment.
  • •Prepare subcontract packets with required prints, supporting documents, gages (if specified), SPC paperwork (when required), and separate lot processing.
  • •Prepare truck bills by accurately identifying product, weight, and containers and defining ship-to and ship-via and shipping charges.
  • •Prepare products for shipment and support safe loading/unloading with supervision while maintaining staging, housekeeping, and safety procedures.
