Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide commissioning technical leadership with region and ensure projects are delivered within cost, quality, schedule and profit.
  • •Interface with clients on schedules, meetings and issues and advise senior management of project status regularly.
  • •Identify and lead key pursuits, develop win strategies, and participate in commissioning proposal development and interviews.
  • •Develop and mentor junior to senior staff, approve timesheets, manage leave, and monitor team performance and morale.
  • •Lead development of commissioning specifications, plan, procedures, and content, and act as Quality Control Verifier for commissioning procedures.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 230,000 annually

  • •BA/BS + 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Demonstrated track record in managing the delivery of large, complex, multi-disciplined institutional projects
  • •Demonstrated track record in winning new work from both new and existing clients
  • •Due to the nature or work, US citizenship is required.
