Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the planning and cost control engineers to ensure consistent analysis and reporting, and serve as the focal point for clients and project controllers.
  • •Monitor project/assignment progress, analyze milestones, and forecast performance against plan.
  • •Identify, monitor, and report against the critical path and provide early warning on potential slippages to the Project Manager.
  • •Develop and maintain project Work and Cost Breakdown Structures (WBS/CBS), including implementation of cost and planning control structures.
  • •Control and forecast budgets using earned value management (EVM), assess impacts of change requests, maintain S-curves/histograms, and manage logic-linked Gantt charts in Primavera P6.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • •Experience in the role, including at least two EPC projects spent as Project Control leader.
  • •Ability in Oracle P6 and project risk analysis.
  • •Self-motivated, proactive, and able to communicate effectively.
  • •Fluent in Italian and English, with availability for travel and assignments abroad.
