Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and analyze project schedules for a portfolio of construction programs using Primavera P6, including master schedules and detailed construction schedules.
  • •Review and apply engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic; build logic-driven schedules from limited information through closeout.
  • •Develop and maintain schedules using critical path method, rolling wave planning (L2-3 detail), and construction commitments (L4-5 detail).
  • •Update schedules in line with the program calendar, including resource loading and reporting trends such as float path movement and S-curve quantity tracking.
  • •Partner with project managers and construction firms to maintain schedule integrity, monitor schedule-impacting issues, and support monthly progress reporting; adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 165,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects.
  • •Experience building a complex master schedule and producing high-level and 1-, 3-, and 6-month look-ahead reporting from P6.
  • •Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and construction contracting.
  • •Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
