Job Summary

Own Prypco’s marketing data stack and AI-powered execution across multiple business units, tying every spend to measurable conversions. Build and maintain a single source of truth for attribution, reporting, tracking, and performance analytics, including dashboards and recurring MIS automation. Identify campaign insights and incremental performance, validate tracking implementations, and transform marketing workflows by creating AI tools, agents, and autonomous automations that reduce CAC and speed time-to-insight.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the marketing data stack (attribution, tracking, reporting, and performance analytics) to connect spend to measurable conversions across marketing channels and business verticals.
•Define SSOT metrics across web and mobile app data sources and automate reporting using AI to improve speed to insight.
•Partner with performance and product teams to track full-funnel conversion, surface data-driven growth recommendations, and influence CAC, budget allocation, and revenue.
•Build attribution frameworks and validate tracking implementations, including Tag Manager, UTM/event tracking, and campaign tagging hygiene; flag discrepancies across platforms.
•Transform marketing workflows by building AI tools, agents, and automations across sub-functions, driving measurable AI adoption and self-sufficiency.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years’ experience in marketing analytics, MIS, business intelligence, performance marketing analytics, or an adjacent AI/automation role.
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
•Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
•Strong experience with reporting tools including Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
•Strong hands-on Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, data lookup, data cleaning) and working knowledge of MMPs, CRM, and ad platforms.
